Will you ship outside of the United States?

We will do our best to accommodate all shipping requests. Simply send us an email with a link or screenshot of the item you are interested in, along with your full shipping address. We will quote you a shipping rate at which time you can make a final purchase decision.

Is your pottery dishwasher safe?

Fully glazed stoneware pottery is dishwasher safe. However, to retain color and shine, we do recommend handwashing.

Can I place your pottery in the microwave?

Stoneware pottery is microwave safe. However, always use caution when heating liquids as surfaces and handles may become hot during microwave use for long periods of time.

Do you take custom orders?

I have a free flow style of creating pottery. In order to share my craft, working full-time does not allow me the time to create custom orders. I do know some great potters who do custom orders and would be happy to recommend them.

Are you able to duplicate a previous item?

With my approach to making one-of-a-kind pieces, I can make similar pieces, but they will each be unique.

What happens if my pottery breaks during shipping?

If your pottery breaks during shipping, please contact us and we will issue a full refund OR replace it with a similarly priced item at no charge. This guarantee is good for up to two weeks after delivery date.
